Terms and Conditions
Prices on the following dates, 24th December from
18:00 hours to 26th December 18:00 hours and 31st
December 18.00 hours to 2nd January 06:00 hours will
be charged at 25% higher than normal prices quoted
on the website.
Mega Airport cars uses London based Airport Transfer
service. We are a PCO licensed private hire company,
providing safe and punctual luxury vehicles for
Airport transfers, businesses, tours and all other
destinations within the UK.
Mega Airport carsí prices are based on passengers
being ready to travel at the booked time and the
date. All phone bookings are taken with great care
and attention, and some bookings will be recorded
for the purpose of training and verification. We
accept no liability for wrong date, wrong flight
number, date and time provided by the booking
All pickups from the airport waiting time is free
for the first hour after the flight
lands, thereafter 20p per minute waiting time
charges will apply. If a transfer has been pre paid
by either a credit card or debit card the passenger
should pay the additional waiting time charges in
cash to the driver.
For all airport pickups we will monitor the flight
landing time from our control centre and our driver
will come into the terminal 30 minutes after flight
landed with the passengers name board. Usual meeting
point is by the Airport Information Desk unless
There is no additional charge for the flight delays.
Quotations for all other destinations (out of
London) require contacting the office by
email/telephone at least 24 hours before the journey
Should there be any changes or cancellation it must
be notified to us at least 3 hours within London
postcodes and outer will require 5 hours prior to
the actual transfer time booked. Any delayed
information provided by the passenger or on their
behalf will not be valid and no refunds will be
issued for changes under the hours above.
For all the early morning and late evening pick ups
we will be texting the driver's mobile number to the
passengerís mobile phones provided with the booking
for the passengers convenience. However during other
times should you require any assistance with
locating your driver in the terminal please call the
phone numbers provided above.
Our driverís mobile numbers will be provided to the
customers who travel very early mornings and late
nights. The driver number will be either sent via
text or e mail the night before the transfer or on
the same day.
All fares quoted are for point to point and any
diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with
the fare quoted.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger to use
our services due to passenger having excess luggage
which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the
It is the passengerís responsibility to inform the
booking staff: the number of passengers, amount of
checked in bags, hand carries, push chairs and any
over sized bags or boxes. If a wrong size vehicle is
booked the driver will refuse to carry such
passengers and our company accepts no liability for
such wrong bookings.
If child seats are requested for children with the
booking, they are subject to availability. (By law
PCO vehicles are not required to carry them and they
are free of charge)
Passengers are responsible to load and unload their
belongings and we will not accept liability for loss
or damage to the luggage.
All prices quoted are per car and not per passenger.
The company will accept no liability for delays
occurred because of severe weather conditions, road
closures, traffic delays or any other unexpected
beyond our control.
Our drivers will only stop and park the vehicles
in places permitted by the authorities.
All saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum
of 4 passengers. Five to Eight Seated vehicles are

Our drivers adopt a non-smoking policy in each of
their vehicles. Chauffeurs will charge a violation
